WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT SPECIFICATION OF REASON (RETURN OF GOODS)

Have you made the wrong choice? With us, you don't have to worry about choosing the wrong product. Withdrawal from the contract without giving any reason is possible with us up to 30 days.

When can I withdraw from the contract without giving any reason?
You can return any goods that have been purchased in our store. The exception is goods which:

1. has been adapted or produced according to your requirements (e.g. gift packaging of the product)
2. which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. opened cosmetic products and other products that come into direct contact with the skin)

Please be advised that we pack the goods immediately after placing the order.

In addition, you cannot withdraw from the gift packaging contract once the goods have been packed for you. We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the law, you are liable for a decrease in the value of the goods as a result of handling them in a different way than necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature, properties and functioning of the goods (e.g. if you use perfumes, room perfumes and a car also after you have tried them once).

How should I proceed when withdrawing from the contract without giving any reason?
Within 30 days of delivery of the goods, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. It is best to contact us by e-mail pure@pure-home.com.pl or by calling +48 62 760 00 26. You can also use the model withdrawal form, which you can find here.

Please send the goods immediately, not later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, to the address Pure Home Perfum, ul. Lipowa 33 62-800 Kalisz. It can also be delivered in person. If, in connection with the concluded contract, you have received additional goods from us free of charge ("gift"), it will also be returned.

We will refund the purchase price of the goods to you no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. In accordance with the law, however, we may withhold payment until you return the goods to us. If you withdraw from the contract within the first 14 days from the delivery of the goods, you are also entitled to reimbursement of the cost of delivery of the goods in the amount corresponding to the cheapest method of delivery of the goods.
